About the Presenter
Eric Max, Esq. teaches negotiation and mediation to MBA and law students at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Eric served as Director of the NJ State Office of Dispute Settlement for 28 years and has mediated over 1,500 cases for state and federal courts involving claims in excess of $1 billion dollars. Past mediation trainings conducted include: Superior Court Judges, Administrative Law Judges, the State Office of the Attorney General, State Police, Bar Associations, and Law firms.
